Item arrived promptly and as described. Bought this bed for my son, he immediately filled the drawers with his choice of toys and climbed on it. It seems sturdy enough and I find it a very attractive bed for the price.
Its worth every penny. Smart buy. Looks great and is very sturdy, the mattress sits on 2 full pieces of board that lay across the bracing below so its very well supported and you dont need a box spring. Assembly takes a little while but its very straight forward once you get the pieces sorted out. A lot easier than most of the other assembly required furniture Ive bought. I got the matching night table with it and they look great together.

After 2 years, its still holding up..my only complaint is that the corners of the drawers are sharp. My 4 year old and 7 month old share a room, and i have to watch the baby every time he wants to climb up on it to stand, and also keep them closed so my 4 year old doesnt nick his legs. He puts all his toys in the drawers, most of his favorite ones so his baby bro doesnt slobber them!..Im working on getting the headboard as soon as the price drops again, lol..
I really like the bed and I think the blueberry color is beautiful. It was missing a few of the hardware pieces to put it together but luckily I live in a household with a handyman and he put it together. I would recommend it to anyone looking to save space with a nice storage bed.
We bought two of these for the grandkids when they visit. The color (blue) is B-E-A-utiful! Very sturdy. I helped my dear spouse put these together and we have taken them apart to put them in a different room. No splintering. No problems. We love them.
