Color is perfect. The drawers are large and wide and Im able to store a lot of clothes in them. The only issue Ive had is the bottom lining of one of the drawers continues to collapse if you put too much pressure on it. I have to load clothes in carefully so they the lining doesnt fall in. Other than that, I am very happy with my purchase and I would buy it again.

I have put together a lot of beds, dressers, and desks. This is not well designed. The bed relies on pegs and posts with locking screws to keep it together. That would be fine except the posts the fit into the locking screws are plastic on the end that fits into the board. I barely had to apply pressure to sink it into the pre drilled hole. Because of that any pressure in the opposite direction will pop it out. This is why the drawers fall apart so easy. Im going to wait a week to cool down before taking the bed apart and then gluing those posts into the bed. Im hoping the whole thing doesnt fall apart before then when my toddler decides that jumping on his new bed is a fun thing to do.
I wish I had picked something like the Mainstay bunk beds we got last time. The screws go from the exterior of the bed through the post and into a locking nut to hold the rails. That is a good way to put a bed together. How I wish I had known before.
Other than that, the bed was delivered a day before expected. It was well packed and no pieces were damaged. We were supplied with extra pegs and screws in case something broke and a marker to touch up any damage. It does weigh a lot so I took each piece upstairs individually since it was only me putting it together. Youll need a hammer, screwdriver, and maybe some pliers if you put a post in the wrong hole. The directions are self explanatory and easy to follow.
So many people have said pieces arrived scratched, broken, etc., but this was not the case for us. My husband and I assembled it together in maybe 2.5 hours - with a couple small breaks to appease our very impatient 3-yr-old! Directions for this kind of thing are always irritating, but we figured it out, only having to remove and turn around one piece after first attaching it incorrectly. For what it is, its a nice bed, and perfect for what we need - a low bed that provides some storage, since it takes up much more space than the crib that it replaced! Even better, the 3-yr-old loves it! Weve also ordered the headboard to add to it, but it was ordered a week later, so we dont have it yet. As far as Im concerned, its the perfect bed for a child.
Looks just like the picture, the only problem I had was with the drawers.. The wooden dowels that are given arent snug enough to hold drawer face intact.. Glue is necessary otherwise they just pull apart. Other than that I find it to be an attractive frame.. I guess time will tell just how sturdy it is.

I like the be; it is solid and great to have the extra storage underneath. It was much quicker to put together than the head board. I would have given it five stars but the supports for the mattress boards were both broken. Instead of real wood they were particle board. I had to go to Home Depot to get real wood replacements, cut to length and drill the holes for assembly.. Luckily I am a handy woman a who has tools and knows how to do that. It was frustrating to have to take the time to do all that when I was so close to finishing.
Good buy and cheaper than target This bed is very easy to put together. The bed comes with a 5 year warranty which is great. The issue i have had is 2 of the pieces were broken. The W pieces. Costumer service was very nice. I also believe this bed will be very easy to take apart if you are moving. The box it comes in is 150lbs so yes you will have to take it apart. Plus you might want to carry piece by piece in from front porch, unless you have a dolly.
