This company has been great in issuing a refund for the damage that occurred to the umbrella. I live in a windy area and this umbrella was not up to the task. Was used maybe four time before one of the ribs was bent.

Broke shortly after first couple uses. Disappointed to spend that much money and didnt get to use long
