For the price, this is a great umbrella. I gave the review 4 stars because the lights did not work on the first umbrella I received. The customer service was courteous and was able to ship me a new umbrella (although, not the color of my choice). Having said that, I really like the red color sent to me its very beautiful.
The umbrella came via FedEx. The box looked like it was tossed around a few times. I put it together to find a couple of dents and 2 small holes in the umbrella. They first offered 50.00 refund . When I said no ,they came back with a 100.00 refund it I were to keep it. I explained to them that I like the umbrella and if the dents were not visible,I would have accepted the offer, but since it is a nice product, I wanted the top part replaced. They are now sending me the part. The manufacturer should improve the packaging so this doesnt happen again.
