Im pretty happy with this purchase. Came with no damage or missing parts. Assembly instructions were very clear and easy to execute. Was a bit tough to get the back coution to fit in but I just had to use a little force to get it in. After all was done, looked pretty good and the up and down feature works pretty well. The lean back is not too great but stil pretty good. The look isnt half bad either. I have not had a chance to sit on it for extended period so Im hoping its comfortable. I bought a desk to go with it but that is a different story. Still dealing to fix that issue, I almost returned this chair because of that but Im glad I decided to keep it.
