This chair is perfect! I didnt want a high back chair, but I wanted something that was wide and cushioned - this is that chair. It came well packaged, was very easy to put together, and looks great in our office. My husband bought a different office chair at the same time, but mine is definitely better. All the parts were in perfect condition and everything is functioning well a month after purchasing it.
I was able to figure out how to assemble it. I am moderately fit and of average intelligence. I remember that at one point something didnt quite fit so I had to go back one step and loosen the screws but that was a minor minor issue that I was able to correct after analyzing it for several minutes. Its good for the price. I weigh about 180lbs and after heavy use for 5 months I could tell that it was not going to last past 2 more years. The seat was starting to tilt a bit.

It took only about 10 minutes to assemble and needs no tools other than what comes with it.Obviously it is not as good as a premium all leather office chair with headrest, but then it is not the same price. This is a pretty decent buy.
I have never put anything together before without having someone else do most of the work, now being on my own and a young adult I needed a new chair for my room, and I came across this, the instructions were really clear, the parts were easily distinguishable from each other and they had extras for the little parts. It only took about 10-15 minutes but it turned out to be a very reliable chair and pretty comfy for one of the cheaper chairs you can find. Im very satisfied with this product, never let down by basic
