I was able to figure out how to assemble it. I am moderately fit and of average intelligence. I remember that at one point something didnt quite fit so I had to go back one step and loosen the screws but that was a minor minor issue that I was able to correct after analyzing it for several minutes. Its good for the price. I weigh about 180lbs and after heavy use for 5 months I could tell that it was not going to last past 2 more years. The seat was starting to tilt a bit.
