I like this chair, its really comfy. But whoever wrote the assembly instructions is a bit of an idiot. You dont put the chair seat on the base/caster assembly and try to assemble the rest of it, youll be chasing it all around the room! Instead, put together the base/caster assembly, then put together the back/arms/seat assembly, then finally put the 2 halves together. A lot less stress after its done.
This is a great chair for the price. Chairs exactly like this one go for over 100 dollars at target and (I did some shopping around before I chose this one).
I always dread setting up furniture but this was the easiest peice I have ever had to assemble. The chair feels sturdy and is very comfortable. I have had this chair now for over a year and I also bought it for my brother for his room. Neither of us have had any issues with it and it seems to be great quality. The wheels have no problems on thick carpet or hardwood. My brother spends countless hours gaming in it and loves it! Its large and I like to sit cross legged in it to help my back posture when Im on the computer. I use it mostly however to sit in it daily to do my makeup in front of my wall mirror.
Chair works fine. Ive been using it daily for a month and (as mentioned in negative reviews): the arms havent broken; the chair doesnt sink; it doesnt lean; the padding is fine; its not noisy, and its pretty comfortable. It may self-destruct tomorrow but at the moment, Im lovin it.
Broke my $5 chair, ordered this, came next day and its great! The hardware was packaged individually for each specific component section to be put together and that was awesome!
