My remote buttons kept getting stuck and now one is completely stuck, making the whole bed unusable. Weve only been using it for a week. Im hoping the remote can be replaced. It seemed like a good base except for it being somewhat noisy when you adjust it at times. The queen size base fits and supports my queen sized TN mattress, but the mattress does slide around on the base so you have to put it back often.
Update: 3/2020
My husband was able to fix the remote on his own so now it doesnt get stuck. The company did reach out when they found out about this issue which I appreciate. However, we noticed the bottom legs of this frame really scratch the floor up even with the rubber pieces that are on the bottoms of them. Im not sure if our weight when we get in and out of bed makes them shift, neither one of us weights more than 150... Im not sure whats causing it but at some point in time we will have to replace two peices of our brand new wood flooring, which is frustrating.
Pros of this bed is it has made nursing with my newborn so much easier and was really nice when I was recovering postpartum.
My only complaint with this bed is that the cord for the remote is a bit short causing it to often fall off the bed. It is not convenient to get out of bed if the foot and head are in the raised position. Otherwise the bed and its functions are great!
Just put this unit together today. I purchased a full size for my antique bed. It took me and my wife about 3 hours to complete the job. That included disassembling a 15 year old SLEEP NUMBER base and reassembling the bladder portions. I am 83 years old and took my time. It appears to work just as advertised.

I have only had it for 3 weeks, I have a queen size and put it up myself in 20 min. very easy to assemble. works great. I would recommend it.

Brackets
Had to add brackets to bed to keep the mattress from sliding off the bed.
