Works well as a chair, chaise/lounger, and sleeping area. Depth of seating is pretty good. Downsides is short back (can prop included pillow against wall for full chair feel) and slow charging ports. Knew it probably would not be equipped with fast chargers, but they seem to charge slower than dollar tree chargers. Because USB ports are located on the top of the arm rest, I purchased a pack of silicone USB dust covers to use in the ports when not in use as they cant be shut off and risk dust/crumbs/spills gaining entry.
Update: They sent a replacement part, and I thought it fair to update my review. Customer service contacted me and shipped the replacement immediately. We have been using the chair for weeks now. Ive had compliments on the style. Despite the initial disappointment, I am satisfied.
I was going to return when Fed Ex lost 1 box but then I finally got it was amazed how simple it was to assemble. I am 61 short woman and put it together by myself this is big so my grandkids and I can relax and watch tv together. It is very firm but I am getting a memory foam piece for my granddaughter to sleep on it. Very pleased
Easy to assemble love the cup holders sturdiness seems fine size just as advertised im putting 4 stars for lack of colors but overall Im happy with my purchase
