Although I did receive a defective part initially, the seller sent a replacement. Once I had the replacement, assembly was very quick easy! I didnt even break a nail getting everything together ;) I am very happy with my purchase all in all.
Chairs are great. They are exactly what we needed for our loft for occasional overnight guests. We had a small issue with the instructions but the customer service representative was eager to help. We would definitely buy this product again. We would recommend using the assembly service if you are not mechanically inclined.
We bought this for my 100 yr old mothers nursing home room. Its just a little shorter than the recliners. Shes just under 5ft tall. Mom has gone blind and the cup holder is perfect for her to be able to find and fit her travel mug in. The staff likes the pull out foot rest that can be at 2 levels. The back can be reclined to several angles of comfort. The cushions are comfortably firm but not too firm. and the extra pillow is great for added comfort. My only complaint is I did have to make a couple of holes in the material under neath to put some bolts through. I put it together by myself, but would recommend 2 people to be easier.
The product was dented, bolts bent, short hardware screws, staples came loose when screwing in legs. We bought this one because seemed to be a better quality. It really was not worth $409. Should have gone to a local store where returns are easier. I had company for the Fourth of July so I had to rig the assembly. now I do not know how to return it. m

Very comfortable but the fabric is very easy to get dirty coz I got the white color.
