I ordered this bed frame for the look of it, even though there were a lot of bad reviews. Sure enough, in less than 6 months of having it, the side cracked in half. All I did was sit gently on the side of the bed, and I weigh less than 150 pounds, it should not have cracked that easily. I propped it up for a temporary fix, and contacted customer support. It was a big hassle and took weeks of emails (the replacement part was supposed to ship, then they didnt have it, then I was waiting on confirmation) and finally since they did not have the replacement part, they issued me a check for the full amount of the bed back. Very nice of them, but honestly such a hassle. Do NOT buy this bed! Good for its value.
Love this bed! You cant beat the price of this bed for the quality and looks. Its very easy to assemble. It does take two people but we had it together in under an hour. Its very sturdy and sits a 12 memory foam bed at the perfect height. My Nephew likes it,
Absolutely great! Instructions are pretty simple as long as you have some sort of an idea on what your doing. Bed looks great no weird gaps or stripped nuts everything went perfect. The packaging was perfect. The box flew over in the wind and fell down about 10 steps and I was very worried the headboard would be destroyed (from what the other reviews said) but it was packaged in about 3 boxes and all surrounded in Styrofoam. Highly recommend cannot beat the price. Great. Very good. Recommended.
We were pleasantly surprised with this bed frame! It was very easy to assemble, all parts included, simple instructions to follow. It is sturdy and has a nice look to it. Some comments mention the frame is low to the ground, but actually once you have a mattress on it, it is really not low to the ground and is a normal height, but not high. It is definitely a fair price for what it is and we are very happy with the purchase. Good!!
This item arrived quickly! The instructions were very simple the assembly only took about 45 minutes. The price was fair and the frame is awesome. It works great! Thank you!
Cant say enough good things about the bed. FAST delivery. Arrived in a box that was in another box. Which protected it during shipment. VERY Easy to assemble. Strong with good center support. I recommend this product Simple and does the job.
Super sturdy, easy to assemble, the bed I ordered came with a headboard that was cracked, I was sent a replacement right away but because the box is so large getting the broken bed to a ups store was kind of a hassle, but other than that its a great bed! recommend!
