Great buy. We bought this for our daughter for Christmas and she was so excited that she put it together herself. She said it was super easy to assemble and didnt need any help.
I threw out my back so just able to put this bed together from Dec purchase. I find that it is missing 14 parts, two major supports. Im a bit frustrated since I have a guest coming today, now have to find another bed frame asap. Ive ordered the missing parts easily enough from the website. But found out this bed is made in China! If Id known that Id not made this purchase. The parts that come pre assembled look flimsy and minimal attachment. Not sure how well itll stay together. Ill try to attach pictures. I recommend looking elsewhere for an inexpensive bed
I am so disappointed, Ive been waiting to be able to buy this frame for months because its so cute. We got it in and are putting it together and its the most frustrating piece of furniture weve ever had to build. The metal is warped in some places and now we find out a bunch of the holes dont match up so we cant even get the screws in. It looks good but Im not even sure well be able to get it completely together!
It is surprisingly sturdy. Like, Ive broken every cheap bed Ive had in the past decade, and I dont feel worried about this one. But it should be sturdy. The pieces are substantial metal. I was the only one home and had to lug it upstairs piece by piece because the box weighs at least a hundred pounds. You should have someone else help carry it.
Putting it together was easy and I did so solo in about 2 hours, but I wasnt exactly racing. The directions are well drawn and written and you can choose from 2 different heights of the bed.
It doesnt squeak. And the style is there. It is adorable. Great buy for the money!
