Easy to assemble if you don’t need instructions (none included). Front legs and read legs are very different and without instructions, assembly time was extended to remove legs and reorient. Fabric quality is of economy quality and the back pillows are showing their wear after 5-weeks of daily use.
I love the size. Its short and wide. Without the feet its perfect. Im 51. With the feet my feet dangle. I give it a 4.5 because its absolutely is not Grey. Its sage grayish green. I actually like the color, but if I were a stickler on gray, I would send it back. I repeat it IS NOT GRAY!
I purchased this product as a gift for my mother. One of the chairs arrived without without one of the brackets attached and therefore could not be assembled. I contacted the seller numerous times but never received a response. My mother did reach a representative who informed her that the request was being sent to the warehouse and that she would receive an email, but she never did. Messages left never received a response, and the bracket was never sent. I will never make a purchase from this seller again, nor will I buy such merchandise through . It is too difficult to return if the product arrives defected. Fortunately, my mother researched what she needed and ordered the brackets, but this was a gift and she should not have been inconvenienced.
i bought one for myself and one for my boyfriend. we’re both in school and wanted a comfortable chair to work in for hours on end. classes are not online anymore, but we dont want to work in the library with hundreds of other students, so we bought these to invest in our home office

* BIG! i can sit criss cross applesauce comfortably. if Im sitting normally, a cat can sit next to me without being too uncomfortable. Ill even sit in this chair with both cats on my lap without us pouring out of the chair
* comfortable and soft. the hollow inside doesnt make for an uncomfy sitting position
* storage within
cons:
* difficult to move from room to room. you might just have to reassemble it. it’s easier to assemble with help
* kinds cheap-looking from the back but honestly i dont care considering its intended use. youre getting a chair from and based on the reviews Ive read of other furniture, this is the best were gonna get for this price. id buy another one or something else from the collection
Its easy to assemble - the back is a pain to slide in but not the end of the world. It seems to be pretty sturdy (I just received and put it up) but since its all about slide-in its hard to move the chair around without disassembling it.
It is a firm and very comfortable chair, but if youre looking for snuggling, forget it, the back is short so no way you could rest your head lol but again, it is comfort.
The only thing I really dislike was the feet - its plastic not even MDF.
Overall, youre getting what you pay for. The price is fair, it is a good product, comfortable, good finish and looks pretty neat in the living room or bedroom.

comfortable for office use!
