Better directions.It feels very firm, in the upper part my 9/year/old son sleeps approximately 85 pounds, in the lower part my 3/year/old baby weighs 47 pounds, so far so good after looking at several options we decided on this bunk bed and we were not disappointed, my husband and I are happy with the purchase.
I spent hours reading reviews and searching for a sturdy loft bed. I chose this one because it had better reviews and claimed a greater weight limit of 400 pounds. The first night my son got in it with his brand new mattress he had to get off it that same night because it was not supporting his mattress. The slat bars are very flimsy and caused the bed to dip. My son is about 180 pounds, which is way under the weight limit for this bed.
Would definitely buy again. So pleased with this loft. It wasnt ridiculous to build, its pretty sturdy though a bit wobbly but another reviewer added metal braces to sides for easy fix.
It doesnt look junky. Its nice and small scale while being tall too. Really maximized they space in our tiny cabin kids room. Would buy again for sure.
Overpriced. I think I wrote a review for it and forgot to mention my bed (at least mine) didnt come in with padding inside. Box. But bed was still shaky even when the screws were well tightened and wall mount attached. Any toss and turn or a simple sneeze, arm movement the bed makes noise.
Thanks. This is not the best quality bunk bed out there. I would definitely not recommend using it up to the weight limit that it suggests. As a 130lb adult, climbing into the top bunk, it felt unsturdy and kind of shaky. I triple tightened all of the bolts while constructing so that definitely wasnt the issue. We like the color and it does well enough for kids, but would not recommend for adult use. The ladder is also difficult to climb as an adult.

Buy it again. This bunk bed is very easy to assemble. My daughter loves the color. The instructions were very easy to read and follow.
