Instructions are not very good but customer service was very helpful and helped me with my sitiation. Once built its a good product and works well. Looks nice and sturdy.

It came in two really big boxes and I literally saw the delivery man flip the box to my apartment, so we were kind of worried, but the pieces were all intact.
It wasnt hard to assemble. It did take us about an hour though. And the couch is good for small spaces. But youll need plenty of room to put it together.
Once together, it looks pretty good!
It is a little hard though, so I gave it3/5 stars for comfort. thanks great product.
Ive had this for over a month now, I love it. It was easy to assemble, its perfect for my small apartment living room, is relatively comfortable. It seems durable well/made. Im a 105lb female, I put it together by myself. I love the option to flip the chaise later if I want to! easy assemble, exactly as expected, space saver.
Instructions were horrible. Why would you put the legs on before attaching the pieces together? HORRIBLE directions, but product functions well and serves the exact purpose of purchase Great!
We tore apart the bottom of both sofas looking for the hardware and it absolutely was not included. I called and their response was its out of stock. So, while they did offer a 15 discount OR return the item, they did not offer any help for the missing pre/drilled holes for one of the arm rests! I threw out one arm rest. Mounted the other with hardware that is not perfect for the arm to be tight to the chaise. Luckily the pre/drilled holes existed on the side I needed the chaise to attach, but overall this was an awful purchase.
The couch shipped super quickly and the mail person brought it to our door (third story). It was really easy to put together and came with all the pieces.
The couch looks aming, but the cushions arent very deep and its not the most comfortable couch Ive ever sat on. I use it daily but if you care more about comfort than looks this isnt your couch. Otherwise love it! Good quality.
