We tore apart the bottom of both sofas looking for the hardware and it absolutely was not included. I called and their response was its out of stock. So, while they did offer a 15 discount OR return the item, they did not offer any help for the missing pre/drilled holes for one of the arm rests! I threw out one arm rest. Mounted the other with hardware that is not perfect for the arm to be tight to the chaise. Luckily the pre/drilled holes existed on the side I needed the chaise to attach, but overall this was an awful purchase.
