This is a really great couch for the price!! Its just the right firmness and is very comfortable to sleep on.
It came earlier than expected in two big boxes and was packed extremely well.
It was relatively easy to assemble and only took me an hour by myself. It would have taken me less time if I had put together in a different order (it did not come with instructionsfortunately I have assembled my own furniture for years so was not a problem for me)
Make sure you pull back the velcro cloth back from the bottom of both parts of couch AND the ottomanall the cushions and the hardware are tucked into them.
1/put the arms on first. Tip couch on its side (arm side up) and attach arm, screw bolts into the arm first, then push through pre/drilled holes in couch(there are no holes in the cloth, so make your own hole I just put my finger through the material. )
2/ Then tip chase lounge on its side (arm side up)and repeat as with couch.
3/ then tip both couch and chase lounge side by side next to each other onto backs and attach these two parts together.
Make sure everything is tightened down as much as possible.
4/ then secure cloth Velcro flaps back over the bottom and attach legs.
All done!!
Then tip couch back up into place Good one.
I buy from all the time. always sends me a notification of arrival. But this time, did not send a notification upon dropping off. It was NOT appreciated! Im a less than 100 lbs girl and had to ask my neighbor to help me move this 500 lbs furniture into the house.
After opening the package, i immediately saw the color difference of the couch. The two seaters was pinkish white, while the longer seat was cream white. It did not come with any instructions of how to assemble it together, so I had to pay extra money for a handyman. When the couch was put together, the handyman notified me that everything was screwed on tightly, but one of the arm rest was crooked (see picture).
This couch is more elegant than I expected. The color is pearl/white rather than stark white and that makes it look more expensive than it is. Its larger than pictured, especially if you place it in a fairly small room. It is the perfect size for a studio apartment or den. Wouldnt recommend for a living or family room, though. Its comfortable and easy to clean. My only complaint is that I had extreme difficulty trying to connect the chaise to the loveseat and the couch is light so it slides easily on wood floors. Overall, considering this couch was a remarkably good price, I give this couch five stars. People who come into my home really enjoy it. Nicely made.

Good value for the price point but
Smaller then expected and arrived ripped but seems to be a good value for the price point But it still works great.
