I buy from all the time. always sends me a notification of arrival. But this time, did not send a notification upon dropping off. It was NOT appreciated! Im a less than 100 lbs girl and had to ask my neighbor to help me move this 500 lbs furniture into the house.
After opening the package, i immediately saw the color difference of the couch. The two seaters was pinkish white, while the longer seat was cream white. It did not come with any instructions of how to assemble it together, so I had to pay extra money for a handyman. When the couch was put together, the handyman notified me that everything was screwed on tightly, but one of the arm rest was crooked (see picture).
