Overall this is a great bed frame for the money. Its heavy and well thought out. The Velcro strips that secure the slats and even the sticky strips to keep the mattress from moving are nice touches. I assembled this with my son helping but I could have done it alone in maybe 40 minutes or less. Also, the little ratchet tool is so useful it probably cut assembly time by 1/3.
The only negative is the way the vendor chose to ship. Not UPS or FedEx or , no, the US Mail. The package is 6 feet long and weighs about 30 pounds and all I got was a notice from the mailman that said, package wont fit in mailbox. Really? Who would have ever guessed that? The cheapness of the vendor in shipping that way required me to drive several miles, go wait in line and then drag the box out to my truck and then into my house. Anyway, expect to be lugging your own box - too bad if you live anywhere else but a house.
Oh, and the veneer is top quality and truly looks like Cherrywood.
This bed is simple and looks great! The packaging was awesome! Double boxed and the small amount of styrofoam that was in the box was bagged so it didnt go all over the place when I unpacked it. All the hardware was there (plus extra) as well as two Allen wrenchs to put it together. All of the holes lined up (a rarity with the ol flat-pack decor!). It took me 30 min to put it together by myself. The exrtas are a perkpegs and Velcro to keep the slats in place as well as a couple of sticky strips to hold the mattress of your choice in place. The bed is not creaky and feels secure! The pup approves!
Writing this review after using for more than 2 months and I can say this is a really well built bed frame.
Its very solid but as the same time easy to move. Using with 8 inch mattress and there is no squeaking even when my kid is jumping on the bed :)
Assembly is fairly easy. I was able to assemble within 30 to 40 mins.
The only con I have about this purchase so far is the fact that the middle beam caused two of the legs to come off the ground just a bit. It will be fine while laying down its just something that irritated me.
Assembly was easy enough and I like that the wooden slates are velcro. I havent had any issues with my mattress sliding off either.
******There arent holes to attach a headboard, I got creative and secured mine with zip ties. I dont recommend drilling into the legs.

Literally the best bed frame Ive gotten off , Ive gotten like 4 over the years. And this one was the easiest to put together. Even came with a small Allen wrench style tool that made tightening the bolts way easier. The sturdiness is really awesome and I dont feel like it moves at all when we lay on the bed. The wood is SOLID too. Very nice and heavy. It took me 30-40 min tops to put it together, and thats only because I had a toddler trying to help.

Everything about the queen bed frame worked for us. It was very well packaged. The instructions were clear and easy to follow. The parts were all clearly labeled. Everything was pre-drilled and fit well together. The necessary tools were includedan Allen wrench and a ratchet tool. Once it was assembled it felt very sturdy. The only thing I did was add some foam tape pieces between the metal center support bar and the wood slatsto alleviate a tapping sound. We chose the classic bed with the darker finish. It looks great!
I work night shifts. I was almost kicked out for having a squeaky metal bed frame. This bed has reduced the noise I can make moving around on my bed and can have people over at all hours of the day!
