Perfect for a small apartment space. Love this. Had it for many months and has held up wonderfully. The legs and base were a lot more difficult to put together than we thought it should have been, but everything else was fast and easy to assemble. Its nice and big. The plastic pieces right around the opening of the net broke within days, but it doesnt seem to affect the safety of the net at all
The kids have loved bouncing on this trampoline - great for the backyard. It seems to be made well, the springs are covered, and the enclosure is sturdy - making it safe. However, please note that when getting off, the kids need to come off face first, sit on the edge, and slide down.
Love it. We put it away for winter so all materials are still in good shape for and throughout the second season of use. The deck is strong. The kids like putting a water sprinkler at the top and bounce when the weather is hot.
The legs do need to be hammered with a mallet.
Assembly was fairly straight forward; took my husband and three daughters and I approximately 1.5 hours to complete. The picture for assembly had us second guessing whether we had put the legs on facing the correct direction. However, after some time we realized, it was impossible to put the legs on any other way but that the picture in the directions had to be pointing to the wrong side of the trampoline legs. The jumping mat arrive with a small imperfection/hole in it BUT the Upperbounce company was very responsive by phone and by email when I called for replacements. In less than a week, the replacements are already on the way for two screws that were missing and the jumping mat to replace the jumping mat with the hole. There was no hassle. We look forward to a lot of jumping time on this trampoline that appears to be sturdy and the right size for a big family. We are glad we bought the 16 ft and not the 16ft. With three daughters, they are excited to no have to share it but rather to jump together.
Shopped around pretty extensively for a trampoline for my children. In this price range many 15 trampolines were only rated at 200 lbs. The trampoline is rated at 330 lbs in the same size. It made the choice much easier. The trampoline arrived in the than 24 hours. When my children said there were two large boxes outside I thought it couldnt be the trampoline. It too me under 90 minutes to set up with my 11 and 13 year olds helping. I made a mistake on the support legs (switched left-to-right) a couple of times, which I had to stop and correct. If i had done it right the first time it would had taken roughly an hour. Once you lay everything out it goes quickly and the directions are straight forward enough. I had some trouble when the first day the zipper broke. Customer service was all over it and shipped me out a replacement next day. For the money (you can easily spend $2,500 on a top of the line trampoline) I would highly recommend Upper Balance.
