Customer support from this company was exceptional. It is beautiful and sets well thought I was going to have to by taller replacement legs but its fine for now. The cushions are nice and firm. Once was a flimsy and to soft, but replaced them. Hope the chair is in stock soon. I purchased the love seat but its not the same quality. It was easy to assemble although it took us sometime because we did not use the instructions lol!

Just a heads up, this ships in 2 separate boxes and may arrive a day apart from eachother. I emailed the company before realizing this and to my surprise they emailed me back assuring the other box was on the way, with tracking info, within less than an hour! Superb communication and support. The couch was well packaged and absolutely stunning when put together. I am obsessed with it!
Two quick details:
1) You really need a second person to help put the back of the couch on. Its not too complicated, it just requires both sides of the back to be lined up exactly to slide into the metal parts that hold it to the sides.
2) This is not a floofy, puffy, super squishy couch. It is relatively firm without being uncomfy.
The color was breathtaking. Assembly sucked! I had to watch a YouTube video to see how they did it. Didnt like thats the couch is light in weight. Slides with the slightest movement. My 5y/o nephew was able to push it.
Its good for a foyer or to sit at the end of your bed. I wouldnt recommend it for everyday use.
Ive invited friends over and the cushions were sliding. On the contrary, the fabric is beautiful! If you are tall this is NOT the couch for you. Im only 52 so I thought it was perfect for me. I was wrong. The couch sits very low not good for your back. (Dont mind the wall. Still trying to decide if gold or white). Great for photo oops or events.
It looks great, came separate days but was worth the wait! The couch is a beautiful emerald green, the back is a lot lower than I thought it would be so it makes it look smaller. What we didnt like was that the cushions are even no matter how many times we fix them. You can clearly see in the back how the cushion is not flushed against the back.
Looks gorgeous and easy to assemble. I LOVE this couch. I assembled this by myself in 30 minutes. Some of the reviews are a little troublesome but I have no complaints. The cushions could be cut a little bit better but honestly its not that noticeable and not enough for me to reduce the rating.

Its not uncomfortable or anything, but definitely feels like its meant to look good and not much else. Not super comfy, but definitely looks amazing!
