Rolls smoothly very comfortable easy to use

Incredible chair, comes already put together. Rolls smoothly very comfortable easy to use. The one thing that I do not like is that the arms swivel you cant lock them in place other than that they are easily adjustable. Id recommend buying great for the money

    Comfortable Chair

Bought at Warehouse and arrived with slight cosmetic imperfection on chair arm even though advertised like new. was able to take care with a credit without shipping back. Very satisfied with action by making situation right. Chair itself very comfortable, with excellent back support at all points. Very adjustable and is exceeding expectations so far.

Bought this chair based on reviews from the web and Yes I got a deal as an open Box but well worth the money very comfortable very reclinable and adjustable all around seat depth height tension etc armrests all good...I recommend the headrest version if you are going to fully recline a lot (sleep in it)

    Supports all your gestures.

When you sadly spend around a 1/3 of your time sitting, this chairs expense becomes a little more justifiable. Cheaper chairs just do not support you in all the positions we take while computing on desktop and mobile devices, in the way the Gesture does. Thats why its Wirecutters best chair for most people, me included.

Great product - expensive, but worth it if you work at a computer for a living.

Super happy with purchase - comfortable and well made.

Would have been 5 stars if it could take a headrest upgrade.

This chair is phenomenal. Having spent years at work in Aerons which were considered the gold standard, this makes aerons seem cheap and ill fitting by comparison. Four stars because the chair does not allow for the later addition of the steel case headrest, and theres no good reason for that. It could have been built to accept an upgrade, but instead you have to buy a completely different chair with no discernible differences in configuration except that the upper back has been upholstered differently to allow for the headrest.

    Arms swing too easily.

Received the Gesture chair today and the first thing I noticed that I did not like is that the arms swing sideways, way too easily. Unfortunately for this chair, Im an engineer and a machinist. After prying off the caps the allow access to the pivot bolts, a quick disassembly shows a compression spring that pulls the arms base into matching tapers to create resistance. The spring compression, in my opinion, was not enough, so I made a couple spacer washers to compress the springs 0.20 more, and viola! Now, the arms dont move every time you bump them, but can swing with greater force. Its a five star chair now, but youre going to have to fix your own. It would be great if made the tension adjustable with a wrench, but dont hold your breath.

    The best desk chair

Very comfortable chair. It is everything I had hoped it would be. Perfectly adjustable arms and seat height make it work just right with my keyboard.
