Directions: some reviews suggest the instructions are hard to follow. I had no issue with it personally. I had it together in roughly an hour. That said, there are some tight spaces that are more difficult to secure. But you will have that with any chair.
Look: I love the look. It fits my area perfectly.
Overall, I am very happy with the chair and am sitting in it as I type it. Your opinion on the chair is going to depend on what you are looking for. I dont need a chair to be super soft. I dont mind it being a little stiff. With the instructions, Im not terribly handy, and I was fine. I would recommend it. Perfect!!
Not worth the money I paid for it. Missing bolts on the braces for ottoman. Reclines ok but has to be pulled back up to sitting position by holding onto arm rest while pulling the back up with other hand. I desperately need this chair or I would have sent it back. Will never purchase a product from this company again. This was a nightmare to assemble.
In less than a month after receipt of the first swiveling rocker upon swiveling the base made a grinding noise. I contacted and they sent me the base for the Ottoman. This did not help with the swiveling base. Then a week or so later the sent a new swiveling base part and new hardware. So I took the original chair apart and reassembled the swiveling again. They did not provide paperwork to return the original grinding swiveling base. So I took it apart and had to dispose of it.
Ottoman came in great shape. Chair base was cracked. Customer service was very responsive.
Company sent out a new base which I installed (very easy)
