So far its been 6 months of continuous usage and no complains besides the noise it makes when my kids move. But you get used to it.
I bought this for my 5 and 7 year old grandsons. They have slept on it and give it thumbs up. To me it seems sturdy and well made. When this was first put together it was so squeaky that I thought it would have to be returned. I tried sleeping on it and the squeaking made sleeping impossible; the slightest movement caused very loud squeaking. WD-40 was the answer. One squirt and the squeaks stopped completely! Yay!

Fairly sturdy
Its a bit hard to move from futon to bed but I like how sturdy it is. Much sturdier than our wood bunk beds.
Tedious to put together but solid.
Son loves his new bed. Watch instruction and it isnt too bad to put together. Very secure and holds a good amount of weight per rating.
