Was very disappointed to find out that I am missing 2 screws to complete yhis bed. Now it will take me 2 days and a trip to Lowes to find 2 screws out of the 4 that I was suppose to have.
Will be ordering more. No issues with condition when it arrived. Instructions are pretty good, but it did take two of us about 2.5 hours (with kids in the house). Bed is exactly what we wanted, and well be coming back for a desk in the near future. We had a couple of parts that the labels were reversed, but it was easy to identify. I wish the ladder was a bit sturdier so I could walk up it to tuck my daughter in, but all in all very happy.

Well built!! This purchase was a well done purchase. The delivery was great and timely. My little girl loved the outcome. When assembling, it was easy with the instruction manual but there was trouble identifying the hardware parts. Overall, it is a easy project to put together
Value. This had to be the only loft bed with a 400lb weight limit. Obviously my kids are nowhere near that but you add a mattress, two kids up there, or them just flopping around, having that weight limit is really reassuring. There were 2 things I wanted to point out. They dont do the best job of labeling the bolts. It took us a long time to be sure we were using the right ones. The second thing is the ladder. The top and bottom step have dowels and bolts keeping them in place. The center two steps only use dowels. Personally, I thought they really needed to be reinforced. I cant imagine them holding up. We bought some L/brackets to reinforce them. At this price point, I was MORE than happy to buy them. Someone mentioned the beds were wobbly. We tightened the bolts we could see a week after they started using them and check every now and then. With our beds, tightening fixed any wobbling. We bought the model with the bookshelf, so that may be adding to the stability.

The reason I gave 4 stars is because my item did not deliver the day I was given but did arrive the following morning, instruction are clear and easy to read. The only problem I have; when opening the pieces all were in excellent condition except for one which was damaged. One of the 3 shelves were broken on the side.
Great value. My kiddos both have a lot bed now. They took about 2 hours by myself to put together but it was easy. All of the pieces were labeled. We love having the bookcase underneath for added toy storage.
My daughter loves her new loft bed, and its so pretty to look at now that weve decorated with fairy lights and girly stuff. Im really disappointed that the bed is not sturdy at all. I spent more on this bed compared to a similar one because its supposed to hold up to 400 lbs. The bed is so shackly/rickety, I would not allow more than 2 small 8 year old girls to sit on it at once. If you slightly move while youre on the bed, the whole thing wobbles. It was too expensive to be so rickety, but now weve got it all put together.
Its cheap and not structurally sound. Several spots are cracking where the bolts and anchors attach. After retightening multiple times I worried for my daughters safety so I added several cross bars on the ends and back.
We bought this bed for our daughter for Christmas. The bed is cute and relatively easy to put together.
But did not hold up to normal use.
My little girl ( under 100 lbs) fell when the step gave out.
I would say you get what you pay for except I should have gotten a lot more for what I paid! Very disappointing! I dont think I would buy again.
I realize I still have a couple days left to return it for a refund but its really not doable considering I got rid of her old bed and I would have to take this giant bed apart in order to return it!

The best weight limit out there / Reinforce the 2 middle ladder steps

Bummed out didnt hold up to normal use
