This bed is a bargain for how much it cost. It looks great and seems well built. You will need a box spring with it which I missed when order it so we had to run around and find one but it was not a big deal.

The bed was missing several critical wooden parts, I tried to call , sat on hold for a LONG time, then told the lady what I needed and she immediately transferred me to . No one can provide the missing parts and the only option is to return this one, get a new one and pray that all the needed parts are included. NO CUSTOMER SUPPORT FROM THIS COMPANY!!!
Ok so we just moved and my toddler daughter finally gets her own room. I ordered this bed, and by trying to save money, I ordered it used so I got it for a pretty decent price. The bed was delivered and the box was BEAT UP. I was a little discouraged but pulled it out and it looked BRAND NEW. But then I realized it came with NO INSTRUCTIONS. So I was discouraged again but thank god for the woman on here that posted the three pages of instructions that she received or idk how I would have done it. Once I got the hang of it, it was really quite easy. And then once it was done, I was amazed at how perfect it came out. Its strong and cute for my daughter. REALLY pleased with this purchase.

Not enough
The boards put under the bed are not enough and some are short.

Nicely packaged, but came with a black smudge on fabric headboard. Doesnt seem the sturdiest and was missing 2 screws for the bottom legs
