The bed was missing several critical wooden parts, I tried to call , sat on hold for a LONG time, then told the lady what I needed and she immediately transferred me to . No one can provide the missing parts and the only option is to return this one, get a new one and pray that all the needed parts are included. NO CUSTOMER SUPPORT FROM THIS COMPANY!!!
