    Aming chair and customer service

Terrific looking and feeling chair at any price! Unfortunately, the gas cylinder (to adjust height) went out. They shipped a replacement next day. I wasnt able to remove from under/seat assembly (not their fault), so they sent the assembly also, at no charge. Very impressed and love the chair!

    Chair kind of broken?

I have had this chair for a few months. I adjusted it to lean back a little, but it kind of broke. It will lean back to the adjustment set, then Ill sit down and it leans back all the way. Then it fixes itself in a few days. I dont know why. Comfort is ok. This was hard to assemble. I read the directions but I felt I had the stretch the chair to meet all the screw holes. This chair has been supportive.

    Oh those wheels

Not a bad chair, most was easy to assemble but you cant put the wheels on the way the manual told you to, you will hurt yourself or brake the plastic wheels, the only way to do it is turn base upside down and push wheels on with brute force, you cant be weak or you will never get them on, the elderly or weak would have to call someone or send the chair back
