    Two person job

Use an Allen wrench bit with a ratchet and it will be easier than the one they provide Very very happy

    Full product review

BEWARE I / this product is delivered in 2 packages that arrived on different days. (Not a big deal, just to let you know, as I was confused when a second large package arrived) BEWARE II / It took my husband 11 / 12 hours to assemble this bed. It was rough! BEWARE III / It is a very beautiful, extremely sturdy product and its worth the price. No wonder it took him about 12 hours. It is very sturdy and heavy. / Think of a large puzzle! I would buy it again and definitely, definitely recommend it. Comfortable and sturdy

    Pretty nice kids bed!

It did take me a few hours to assemble, no major hiccups or missing pieces. I will say, my first order, only my half my shipments arrived (supposed to come in two separate shipments). But after a few days, I called and took care of everything and I got my new bed in less than a week (both shipments arrived on the same day). I would not put a 300lb adult on here, but this bed will hold a human up to 200lbs well. Make sure you get NO THICKER than a 6 mattress for the trundle bed. I have only a sheet on there and it is very tight. My 7 year old loves it! Would buy again! Nice color and easy to assemble

    Great bed

This was easy to put together had one drilled hole on the top beam the latter connects to that was drilled right into the drill hole for the top head board so I had to create a new hole to drill the side in. Past that itsa great bed and I either lost some screws or they were missing and the bed places customer service sent out another ASAP. Has the screw hole not needed redone this would easily be 5 stars Was pleasantly surprised

Seems like a solid bed, more complicated than I was up for

TL;DR The bed is solid with most everything made from wood. The stain is a nice dark brown. Broken rail out of box. I was already concerned about going with a Twin vs Twin XL size wise, but this bed had good ratings (including checking fakespot) and looked solid. It comes in 2 large boxes. Boxes looked good and everything is well packed. On opening I thought, it had way more pieces than I was expecting to have to assemble. This is basically 2 beds though w/slats everywhere so makes sense. If you want something easy this is not it. After seeing the large number of parts I was more discouraged about continuing vs just returning. Then I found a broken board with a rail attached, which was supposed to be on a bottom wall for the trundle. After further examination I realized it was previously glued and stapled to the mount points and those were also glued on. Fixing would require removing those mount points which would likely damage the wall. I imagine this is a one/off mistake during packing. The other side looked good as did all other parts. For myself, Im returning and going with something easier as well a Twin XL in for size / KD Frames Nomad Platform Natural Poplar Bed / XL/Twin Overall wall I still would recommend for someone wanting a twin that is sturdy with drawers and a trundle. Good price as well

    Great beds. Horrible instructions.

First off, I love this bed set. It looks great, is study and safe. My daughters love it and it has opened up their room with more floor space. The color is great and looks fantastic in tier room. Now, for the bad. The bed is showed in 2 boxes, not a big deal until you realize that they do not mention this anywhere and they showed up on 2 separate days. Started to work on the first box, wondering how they crammed 2 beds into this one box. Only later did we discover we were missing hardware and parts. The instructions were horrible. Leaving out steps, not specific on which way a part should be attached(or turned). The step for connecting the 2 needs, completely left out. I worked EOD in the military.I love good instructions, these were not them. The parts do fit great together, secure beyond belief. That being said, make sure the parts match what you feel is the correct direction as taking it apart is its own level of frustration. Overall I love the beds. The instructions are simply a failing in the engineers planning. Thank you for the excellent customer service
