Great basic bike, all was well out of the box

Bought this for my 13 year old son / he is about 5 tall. I expect he will be able to use this bike for a while. Assembly was easy and problem free. Hes been using it for a couple of months now. Most of the negative reviews did not resonate with me. It feels like a decent quality product, especially for the price.

9 yr old first mountain bike

Fast shipping very easy to assemble. Bought for my 9 yr olds birthday and he loves it. Brakes work well but need adjusting after first few rides.

High Timber High Quality and Value

We purchased the High Timber for our son and it is awesome. We are very impressed with the bike quality / and he is stoked with the innovative brake system and shocks. We were looking for a bike to help him move into the next level of cycling / experience, and the High Timber is perfect for this. He is excited to ride and we are thrilled with the purchase. Thank you !!

I was not able to fix left pedal paid 80 in clown dog bikes so they could fix it, ride was fine

Well cheap stuff, not sure how others assembled it, I cant even assemble it, everything fits perfectly except the left pedal, went to Walmart got all wrenches a ton of material, still cant fit the left pedal, guess I am gonna buy another 2 pedal from Walmart and figure out how can put it on this piece of crap.

    Ultimately Will Need Professionals Help

My son was able to put the bike together quickly, but he handlebars slipped around and were unable to be tightened without using a shim. The bike would not change gears, and could not be adjusted by my son or his bike/knowledgable room/mate. They will need to take it to a local bike shop for repair/adjustment. It is the expense of mailing it back to or incur the expense of having a professional fix it. Not happy. Would not recommend.
