This couch is aming. I have had it for several months now and it is starting to break in well. My dog also loves it and it is easy to brush his hair off the couch.
I have had one guest stay on it and he seemed to be just fine!
I also live in a fairly small place and this fits perfectly.

I bought this couch bc the price was really good and it came in a box so that meant I could fit it through my patio door. Assembly didnt take long with some assistance but probably took 30/45 mins. My assistance wasnt super adamant to get the couch put together so it took a little longer than I wouldve wanted. So far, I have had it for about 7 months and its holding up pretty well! It does have a small hole in it, but I bought it before I knew my sister would be staying with me and sitting and sleeping on it every day. But it seems that its worth the money so far!
The blue velvet looks beautiful. It is a lot more comfortable than I thought it would be. Only kids have slept on it, but when we first set it up my husband and I laid on it and it seemed to hold the weight 320 lbs total. So far so good
