LOVE this futon sofa! After discovering it on a well known popular home furnishings website, where it has over 13 thousand 4 1/2 star reviews, I happily found it here on for almost 100 cheaper nice quality material, great emerald color, and good size for my office/guest room. It IS a VERY FIRM sofa, def not a sink into one / to that end, I bought a mattress topper for when its folded flat and used as a bed. One word of caution: I got my ankle stuck in between the seat parts when I was unfolding it from the shipping box; I had to scream for my kid to come help lift of off of me, because I couldnt reach the edges from where I was wedged. Either have longer arms than I, or dont stand in the middle when you let it drop
Happy with my purchase! I have a tiny living room its open to my kitchen and is 10 x 5. I bought the sofa to use for my college aged son or my middle school aged daughters friends to occasionally sleep on. The living room area for lack of a better way to describe it is also where my daughter and I or my SO hang out to watch movies. The sofa is very firm. Its more comfy when the back is slightly reclined with extra pillows. I took a nap on this with my SO (we are both 56 and combined weight of 360) and our three chihuahuas and it was very comfortable. I slept on it one night and found that if you are lying in the middle where the back and seat meet you can feel the frame which was not unexpected but I avoided that and slept great. It was also very easy to put together and arrived in perfect condition. We were amed that it all fit into one box. It was not too difficult to carry the box up the three flights of stairs to my apartment. Would recommend!
So green. As green as you may be hoping for/afraid of. Also firm and easy to assemble. The upholstery is soft (and, yes, green), but also obviously not expensive. But, thats okay.because, it wasnt expensive.
I am in love with my futon! I chose to buy the emerald green and I was afraid that I would not like the color very much, but it is beautiful, it stands out and you can combine it with other shades. Best of all, apart from being a visually attractive futon, it is very comfortable and looks of very good quality.

Love the look of this in my office, however, it is very hard and when folded down, not very big to sleep on. Good enough though for our space.
