We ordered two of these chairs in April 2015. The seat cushion seam is disintegrating. I am very disappointed by the cheap quality. I would not recommend to buy these chairs. I reached out to the company and tried to get help and a replacement. After numerous emails and even phone calls I still have not gotten any further response. The customer service reflects the quality of this product.
It looks nice, but thats about it. While installing the legs I noticed that the wood blocking around the inset bolt on one corner was cracked. Hoping for the best I installed the leg anyway, however, the compromised blocking wasnt up to the task and cant hold the leg in place. The rest of the build quality is mediocre at best on close inspection. I was hoping for something a little tougher for the price. Probably the last time Ill buy furniture over the internet. Live and learn.
Will have to disappoint my girlfriend for Christmas and its going to be a pain to return due to the size.

The sales manager at was clueless and said he had no idea as it is made in China. The sales staff at Lexmod couldnt spell retardant.in short, please sell yourself short on its looks but poor knowledge of the supply chain. Your kids and your family will be sitting on some junk.
the sofa looks very nice, however it is very very lightweight .Even though its big enough for four people to sit on, the weight limit is only 440 pounds So there is every chance of it being collapsed as there is no support in the middle section. Also,with a slight push, the sofa moves from its position. In summary, it is elegant but not worth the price.So, I am giving it a 2 star. Not at all what it seems in the pictures

cons: very big, very light weight hence slides easily from its position, no support in the middle, very low weight limit compare to its size.
Like the Beige color however, prefer white but very happy and pleased with this great double wide chair.

First and foremost, this sofa is gorgeous. It also seems quite sturdy. It is a touch more firm that i would likeit is definitely not a napping sofa. But it is pretty much only for seating for guests, so I can excuse that. Overall, I am very pleased. Worth the price. Also, the two guys who delivered and set it up were fantastic.
Ever date someone so good looking that you willingly put up with their terrible personality. If so, youre prepared for this couch. Beautiful, mid century, striking lines, all that, but its made from the hardest surface on earth. Up to you what matters moreyour interior design or your back.
I have been contemplating this sofa since 2018 and finally decided to buy. Ships and sold by . The first shipment was scheduled with date and ETA but no show and no call to provide an update. It was extremely frustrating to me when I finally reached someone from to tell me it should arrive in the next 24/48hrs. But didnt know for sure. And If not call us back. I did get an email it then shipped the next day but no eta and again no show. I called again for an update and rep told me first sofa was lost in transit. And I had to cancel order for a refund and place a new order. More frustration but I did that and it arrived a week later. Its gorgeous. As reviewers have stated, the cushion is really hard. But Im sure it will soften up in time and I appreciate the support it offers. The loveseat in teal was back ordered til aug 2023 so I decided to order the sofa. Concerned it may be too long but its a nice size and fits my living room well. If you fell in love with its design like I didbuy it!! You will be glad you did!
We absolutely love this couch! Hands down best couch Ive ever owned. We bought it in teal and added some throw pillows. If you like a firm couch that doesnt sit directly on the floor, this one is for you! If you like a couch that is soft and you can sink into it, then you might not like this one. We absolutely love it! Its a high quality couch, not a cheaply made piece of furniture. My teenager thinks its a really good place for a nap and I agree! Weve had it for about one month now and have zero complaints!
