The couch is easy to clean and the bed function is pretty neat. A month in and the cushions are starting to fail (meaning that the foam is getting warped). Weve mentally prepared to buy a new couch in the near future; it has a classy look but not build for a long time.

For relaxing for a while its great but not for night long sleep. Im using it as a spare in the guest room. Looks beautiful.
Comfortable Easy assembly This was easy to assemble and even easier to use. The only complaint I have is the legs. They are much shorter than they appear in photos and are made of plastic. Once this was assembled the legs felt a little flimsy as it was being moved to where it would be placed in the room.
The futon itself isnt too heavy and can be moved by one person, but felt like the legs would break as they were dragged across carpet. For this reason it took two people to move it so that it could be lifted off the floor while maneuvering.
Initially the padding was a little stiff but has loosened up the more it has been used. If you are more than 5 foot tall it will feel that you are really low to the ground when sitting. Adjusting the back to convert from couch to a bed and back is simple and quick and takes seconds to complete.
Overall this works exactly as expected and looks good. Being that its just over $300 this is exactly what someone should expect for a piece of furniture in this price range.
Daughter liked the birthday gift I purchased this futon style faux leather couch for a movie room Ive created in my basement and its great. Nice, sturdy quality and I love that the backs can stay upright or you can fold them down to create an extra sleeping area. Not super comfy to sleep on (not much extra padding for my liking), but still a great buy especially for the price. Would recommend.

Bought two of these and love them. Assembly was fairly easy - except for the arms on one of the sofas - it was difficult to do. Sofas seem sturdy are comfortable to sit/lounge on. Apparently its comfortable for sleeping on as well, as per my adult son.
sturdy and comfort! It was easy to put together, looks amazing in my studio and comfy for lounging, etc. It may not be the most comfortable for some but its fine for me. All in all, 4 out of 5 stars as it squeaks a little when youre on it and it is a tad hard.

If youre thinking about it...Order it! Using this product as a office futon. Overall, it works, however, I do wish the cushion was softer.

Great versatile couch
