Quite honestly, these chairs have exceeded my expectations! I was worried that the fabric would appear cheap, but its a beautiful linen-look...without the wrinkles. I was prepared for the citrus color to be nearly any shade of yellow and was thrilled that the school-bus yellow was exactly what I was secretly hoping for. I knew the cushions would be stiff, but I didnt want something fluffy and soft. Its also large enough that theres plenty of room to curl up with a good book. Adding throw pillows softens it up a bit and fills out some of the extra seating depth. I do wish the cushions were upholstered in a way that they could be flipped, but I suppose you cant have everything.

I will keep them for now but I have seriously considered returning them. Just a hassle.

Very nicely packaged and protected. The only assembly is to install the legs.
I do wish that protective covers for the arms were available for purchase.
Dont look for the delivery to include bringing it into Your home. Mine was left in the driveway and I was asked to sign before I actually saw the furniture...FYI. All in all, I am very happy with My purchase.
As others have mentioned, this is not a soft chair! I find it comfortable with a few throw pillows. My cat loves the ottoman, be warned little claws will put pulls in the fabric.
I love this set. Its so comfy and deep seating. I had found the same one at a furniture store for double the price, on sale. So glad I found it on for cheap!
My chairs and ottomans were delivered today and they are GORGEOUS. Exactly as I hoped they would be. The fabric is wonderful quality and the pieces are very solid. I imagine they will last a lifetime, for sure! I am sooooo very happy with my purchase! They are firm, which I like because they wont break down and get saggy. I added a medium pillow for slouchy comfort and a small pillow to rest my head on too, when Im feeling the need to be cozy.
The solid frame and wood legs are outstanding! I couldnt be happier!
Overall great experience! The furniture looks great ! Well worth the money sofa came very firm ... you have to break it in which means its not cheap ... set up was easy took me 20 minutes... it looks amazing in my living room ... I would have paid 2k or more for this set at a big box store

Great Look, Not comfortable
This couch has a great look but is not very comfortable to sit on. You need to add lots of pillows. Otherwise it is awesome

easy to put together, just have to attach legs. fabric is not top but its really just an accent chair
