Overpriced a bit. My cousin orginially got this bed and she only had good things to say about it. When I saw it I feel in love with it. It took me sometime but eventually I decided to get one of my own. I absolutely LOVE LOVE LOVE this bed. It was sooo EASY to put together The directions were user friendly and all of the parts were zipped in the back of the headboard. I despise putting furniture together and this was cake. Granted I had a friend come over to do it for me and I was surprised how simple it was when I was helping. It is super STURDY!! and it looks super CLASSY. My Queen mattress fits perfectly on the platform Bed. The only thing is that the box it comes in is super HEAVY!! So make sure you have help carrying it into the house/bedroom. Otherwise It is perfect and I am soo in LOVE. I cannot say enough good things about it

Enough strength. Box arrived damaged so I was somewhat concerned. Upon opening the heavy box I noticed everything was in tact and not damaged thank goodness. Bed is beautiful and good quality. I am a single female and put it together by myself in about 30 minutes. I will concur with what others said about the padded headboard and space for a 12 inch memory foam mattress. With the padding, I have to REALLY push the mattress in at the end of the bed. Ingenious packaging with all parts inside the headboard. The only suggestion I have is thicker material for the zippered back, some of the contents ( frames) fell forward while unpacking and put a small hole in the thin material.

3. Ive owned it for a week now, and it holds up to some solid activity. About 300 pounds moving all over the place was no problem
4. Putting it together was one of the easiest things Ive ever done. Im a 28 year old male, about 6 ft 1, 180 lbs and I did it all by myself very easily. Here is basically how you do it:
A) The base of the bed is basically a + sign. You just have to screw the lines together to make the plus with 1 screw.
B) Screw on the legs to the headboard and the base. No screwdriver necessary.
C) Screw on the headboard and the base to the + sign you made before.
D) Screw on 4 side attachments that connect the headboard and the base (2 on each side)
E) Lay down the wooden boards, they have velcro to help them stick to the bedframe
Thats it. Im not oversimplifying it. Took me less than an hour and I got to pretend to my girl that I was just an absolute boss at putting stuff together. Bed looks great. I look great because I made the bed. Perfect.
Also, all the stuff comes together in one box and its packaged quite brilliantly. But its a heavy box and will require 2 people to lift. It was a nightmare dragging this box across my apartment complex by myself.
All good. Very easy to put together! We were DREADING putting this together/ we had all weekend to put it together and pushed it off until right before a dinner with our friends. We put it together in less than 30 minutes and it looks great. Very clean finishes, sturdy and the headboard is very soft.
