At first I was very disappointed because the trampoline came and was missing 11 springs. Also, 5 of the hooks that hold up the poles stripped, they did not grab right so I had to go to Home Depot and buy bigger 3/8 inch bolts and then make the hole bigger so they could fit properly. I felt safer with the new 3/8 in bolts because the original ones were so tiny and defected.
After all this disappointed the customer service rep sent me the 11 springs right away and then offered me an $100 rebate, which is still being approved at this moment. At in all, I am happy now but it did take a lot more effort to build it Since I had to replace hooks. The trampoline its self is really bouncy and fun and the kids love it

Is not rocket science to get it installed.
Took me about 3-4hrs. Not a single tool was missing. This helped the kids to be active and release their energy. It was worth the price.

UPDATE: I contacted the company, and they were more than helpful. My daughter has spent everyday on the trampoline since we put it together. Its very solid as well. We have so much fun as well with it.
Check for everything, we ended up missing 20 springs. (Kind of majorly important), box came in highly damaged as well.
So we received this trampoline for our 6 and 4 year old for their birthdays. Theyve been asking for one for months. Papa and MaC bought it for the kids and they are loving it! Watching my dad and husband set it up looked fairly easy and straight forward. I think they needed to look in YouTube for a video to help better understand the instructions but it was set up and ready in an hour or so. I was thinking it was going to take hours but nope! Kiddos were jumping and bouncing all morning and afternoon!! Thanks , we are happy with the product so far!!!
Wish we had a cover for the top of the net though because our Cyprus trees make a mess. Maybe one will be developed in the future!
The trampoline seems like it is a great quality product. The directions are pretty easy to follow in order to put it together But it would be helpful to have the sizes on the directions in feet as well because we didnt know the size in cm right off the bat.
The only complaint that we have is when it comes to sewing/weaving the pad mesh into the trampoline in order to hold the pad on. The twine splits at the ends and it is very hard to get through the small holes time after time. The twine pieces are small and it takes a lot of time to get them all on. Having a small needle that can be used to weave the pieces would be helpful and having longer pieces of twine would be nice. Although it is manageable, it is very time consuming. Everything else regarding the assembly went great.
So far my son is loving it and it has provided him with lots of fun!
This trampoline was purchased to replace a larger one that was taking up to much room in the back yard. Mission accomplished. Great product for the money
The trampoline is not as heavy and sturdy as I thought. Still have to wait for windy days to test that. For now the kids are loving it and that is the best part for me.

Easy setup, was able to set it up fairly quickly. Now my nephews love it and tires them out quickly!
