Great product! Easy to install. Did most of it by myself, but needed a little help from my wife and 6 year old to hold things up while I lined them up. The only problem was that some of the predrilled holes for the poles didnt line up correctly. It was an easy fix with some zip ties. Huge fan of this trampoline and a great value. Edit to add: company promised a ladder if I posted a review. 8 months later no later and no response from company...
Awesome, kids love it. Need two people to assemble, not too hard if you follow the directions closely. I recommend loading the protective net onto the poles before loading them into the brackets.
Also helpful is to put the circular brackets in place in the holes and tighten loosely so that you can place the poles in there and have them hold in place.
Nicely made trampoline. Net was hard to slide down the foam/poles but could be that it was a hot day and the tarp/foam wasnt sliding well. Kids love it!

EDITED Sept 15,2020: So with less than 2 weeks of use we are noticing some breakage in the center mat of the trampoline. Im currently trying to contact customer service but this is disappointing. My heaviest child is only 95 pounds and this is certainly not what i would expect from such an expensive product.
ORIGINAL POST: So the kids begged for a trampoline but our yard is not large enough for a 12ft one and this was the only 10 ft one we could find that shipped to Hawaii so we bought it. After waiting almost 2 weeks to arrive we started putting it together.. well right as we were about to put the safety net on we realized that the predrilled holes to put the net up-did not align. The Tee was welded on the wrong way. My husband had to spend quite some time drilling the holes so we could put the poles up. Yes we could have returned but by then the kids were so excitrd. Thst being said its up its a great size and one of the higher capacity models for 10 ft out there.
The trampoline is very sturdy and is a great addition to our backyard, hrs of exercise and play time.
Avoid trying to put safety net down one pole at a time, it gets very tight. A foot or so for each post and slowly work around lowering the net.
I got online to purchase, the 12 foot trampolines were sold out so I opted for the 10-foot. This option was actually perfect because my children are under 7 years of age and there is only two of them. It was a quick and easy setup as I had my adult sons put it together and they had no problems with it.
This trampoline has been great for daily exercise and for the redirection of boredom. I am very happy with it and would recommend it to anyone. As my children grow Im sure I will be purchasing another larger one.

Considering these times of pandemic and lockdown, purchasing your trampoline has been one of the best purchases our family has made! Were all spending more time than usual on screens because of this situation, so its great to have a quick way to burn off energy and feel your body move again! Our kids are really benefiting from this! As parents, its super easy to say to the kids that they should take a quick trampoline break! Almost always quick break turns into 30-45 minutes of bouncing around and laughing.
Overall, assembly wasnt half as bad as I was expecting. Maybe a little more than an hour total. Definitely not more than 2! All the parts were there and instructions easy to follow.
I bought this product for my daughter to use. The trampoline itself was easy to assemble and can be completed in about an hour. My daughter loves it!
The customer service was very good. When shipped, the box for the trampoline is over 100 lbs and it arrived damaged. We received all of the larger parts, but some of the smaller hardware used to connect the net around trampoline was lost during shipping. I contacted the Customer Service line listed on the manual. They were very accommodating and sent me replacement parts when I told them of the issue. Great customer service!

Super sized trampoline
Wonderful for the kids! Very sturdy but we wished it came with a ladder so our young child can climb up on his own.
