I got this so I wouldnt have to get my kid a dresser. Sturdy but extremely heavy and hard to move once assembled. The instructions were perfect! I didnt get confused at all
I seen this bed on but bought it through walmart which was 30 cheaper. It was easy enough to put together. The drawers are flimsy and come apart easily. I suggest using wood glue to hold the drawers together. Its cute and sturdy. Its actually bigger than expected. Needs better support
We got this bed for our 2 1/2 year old son. I was worried about it being toddler friendly but it is. My husband put it together and I believe it took him 1/2 hours one morning to put it together. It is very sturdy. Its not too high except for the fact that the mattress we got is a little thick. However, we chose not to put a gate up and our Son sleeps fine without it. Hes still small that he has lots of room to move and doesnt get close to the edge. The color and style are perfect for boy or girls room and it has two different color knobs so you can choose the white or the light brown color. very pleasantly surprised
We moved to a new home last year and my daughters room swallowed her toddler bed. We wanted to invest in a bigger bed that would allow her to grow into it for quite a few years. We also wanted extra storage without the dust bunnies and lost toys.
It took quite a bit of time to put together. It was also very heavy for the box it was delivered in. Be prepared for the weight of the box (2 man job).
The negative would be that it doesnt have any option for headboard (length/wise or head of bed).
She loves her first big girl bed and putting her cuddle buddies and toys in the drawers. It keeps her room organized. We are VERY pleased with this bed even after the 1 year mark.
I purchased this product at full price for personal use. I think this is a good option
my son grew into a twin size ( big boy ) bed. This is the bed used with this headboard Furniture, Summertime Collection, Bookcase Headboard 39, Pure white and Natural Maple . He has dinosaur model/statues on the shelf on headboard. The bed has 3 drawers. PJs in 1 drawer, socks/underwear in another, and toys in 3rd. These 2 items go together and even mount together. I put both together myself in 1 evening. Dinosaur or star wars or transformer beddings all are loved.Dream Factory dinosaur prints boys comforter. LOVE LOVE LOVE
I have bought this bed in another color as well as this one. When it first arrived it had a huge crack in the large side panel. I was able to send it back and get a replacement easily which was great. I am used to putting flat pack furniture together and found this easy. Once the box was open and I could move the bed piece by piece I was able to carry it upstairs and make it by myself. The draw runners I always get wrong no matter what I do on the first draw which I did this time. I dont think it is the instructions I think that is me. There was a slight chip on one of the peices that will not be seen so I decided not to ask for a replacement. I got and came earlier than expected
Great childrens bed, or guest bed for smaller/average/sized adults.
There are a couple of odd things, but nothing that affects usage as much as aesthetics:
1. We have a twin mattress on it; the mattress does not totally cover the platform (so that you see the wood under it).
2. There is a little lip around the edge; be carefully not to hit it when getting out of the bed.
3. I wouldnt use it for a toddler bed, as if you have baseboard molding/trim, you will not be able to push the bed/mattress flush against the wall (there will be a gap between the wall and mattress). This is awesome!
Over all was great, just the quality of the drawer wasnt that good.
It took me and my other three friends more than 2 hours to assemble it.
The wood was hard and heavy. Easy setup and sturdy!
