I love this bed frame. The 2 drawers on the side are perfect for socks and underwear. I love the dark color. After 8 years without a bed frame and just one of those metal frames this is perfect for our Cal King mattress. You can easily put it together in 2/3 hours.
Its beautiful. The packaging protected it during the delivery process. No marks or dings that I can speak of. Sturdy design. The instructions werent the best (most arent!) and you need to be mindful of the side boards, which need to be put on the correct side because otherwise the mattress wont lay flat, but tilted instead. This was a detail that I noted myself while looking at the side pieces, but it wasnt indicated anywhere in the directions. There are several supports along the center of the bed (from head to foot) that you need to adjust to your floor level once youve assembled the bed. These are extremely difficult to reach and rotate to the desired height if youve already placed that mattress on the frame. I envision that being an issue if you are adding or removing a rug, which is exactly what I ran into. Thats simply a design flaw and doesnt take away from the look of the bed in anyway once its put together. A very nice bed frame. its perfect for my needs
Very pleased with this purchase! We had to drill a few slat holes but it was a simple assembly and the bed is extremely stable.
The wood is very nice and the finish makes the bed an attractive piece in the simple guest room. its pretty sturdy
Beware of the wood smell, I has this bed for nine days and still wake up with a headache that I think come from the strong smell of the wood. Update: it has been over a month since I own this bed the smell is a lot weaker and does not bother me anymore. I am happy with this bed.
