Would definitely buy again.I got this for my office ! Bigger than I originally expected but pleasantly surprised. I assembled it by myself perfectly fine, but two people would probably be best if youre not quite the assembly expert. So far I Love it !!! Super soft and comfy. Would recommend.
I love it space saver I am back to buy another one.It arrived earlier than expected. The instructions made it simple to put together in about 20 min by myself. It doesnt have much cushion but adding pillows helps with that. The futon really did wonders for space and the aesthetic of my room.
Wow!! This was a great buy!! Sofa is very nice but somewhat hard to sleep on when open as a bed. Also it can tilt to the floor if you put all the weight on one side. You have to place something under it.
Amazing!The smell of this futon is horrible! It needs a couple of weeks to air out (I sprayed just a bit of air freshener) it still smells in one end. Easy to assemble with some help. Its a beautiful piece /which is why I kept it, and had a guest who slept on it over the holidays. Not the comfiest but it helped.
cute.I absolutely love my new sofa! Fed ex delivered it a week early which is fine, but I wasnt quite ready for it. (The delivery driver also threatened to leave it at the curb if I couldnt help carry it up one flight of stairs).
Once I got it unboxed it was easy to see how it assembled and all the pieces and directions were clear and easy to find. Its heavy and bulky but manageable. It took me longer than it should have but I put it together by myself, while I had covid, so it took about 1.5 hrs.
Its so pretty! Its also really sturdy. And yes, its quite firm at first. But its loosened up nicely over the last 3 weeks. I nap comfortably on it on a regular basis. The fabric and tufting are nice and I love the MCM style. Several people have asked if its vintage!
For the price I dont think I could have done better. Its exactly what I wanted.

However, my item was damaged and because it came from a 3rd party seller they were unable to send me a replacement. corrected this by refunding me and that is the only reason I gave this product a good rating. Thanks for great customer service.
Yes Its great. Shipping was relatively fast, delivery was smooth and easy. Driver was very nice. Putting the futon together was not difficult at all (husband did it with just a little help from me).
We are very satisfied with this sofa/futon. The color is a soft gray, the material feels luxurious, but the seating area is very firm. Havent had company yet, but we will be putting a mattress topper on it before anyone tries to sleep on it. The extra legs (hidden by the zippers in the back of the futon) that fold down before anyone sleeps on it was a nice touch. Makes the bed very stable.
We are glad we finally settled on this particular futon. We searched and researched and searched for several weeks more before deciding to go for it. So glad we did.
