Second, wow just WOW. I am in love with this couch, super chic and still comfy. I dont plan on using it to sit down and get comfy in it , its more for decor. The size is perfect. It seems small and big at the same time in the pictures, but the size is actually just the right size and the assembly part was literally a 1,2,3, step and I couldnt be more happier with the choice of this couch! Like it.We have had this sofa for almost a year now and I love it! I wanted something fun and feminine for our office. It has been used almost daily but still looks new. This is a firm couch so I would recommend adding a throw pillow if you want something softer to lay your head on. I attached pictures of the legs and how the supports for the bed work since I couldnt find much about that when I purchased it. The supports fold up and zip into the back of the couch so from behind the couch doesnt look aming. Our sofa is against a wall so the zippers dont bother me, but I wouldnt like it if the back were visible. We have had a guest sleep on the futon folded out to a bed and she said it worked well. I did put a quilted mattress protector under the fitted sheet she used to add a little more padding. For a taller person, it might be wise to remove the arm of the sofa before laying down to sleep

Memory foam firm and comply. The sofa and chair are aming and complemented each other. We thought we hadnt got our sofa arm rest sides and Called customer service. It is also 5 stars. He was very pleasant and polite even when I was not and was looking for model and manual. He explained that they are in sofa zipped under it. Would definitely recommend product and company service is great as well. Thanks
Nope, zero expansion. I dont think the couch actually contains memory foam. If you like a very firm seating couch this is for you. Can not report on how it works for sleeping as of yet.
I like it.This is a beautiful couch! I got the color and its exactly as pictured. It seems to be pretty sturdy and I love the fact that the back lays down. If you like a firm couch, this one will definitely win you over. Although, I would prefer a little less firmness, it doesnt make me like the couch any less!
It is extremely firm, I mean hard like the ground firm. Was trying to save money and have now spent another 150 for a foam topper to use when I sleep, hoping it helps. When you sit on the couch, there is no sinking in at all, so it feels like you are sitting on top of the couch. Its hard to explain. I purchased this as my every day couch and bed. Maybe a futon is only meant for the spare bedroom for guests.
I did receive it 2 weeks earlier than estimated. It took me about an hour to put together myself. It is pretty, just not comfortable at all.
The sofa is very nice for the price, but it smells is awful. Im trying to air it out and had the windows opened for two days (all day and all night) but still very strong and smells like vomit. Is there any suggestion how can get rid of the awful smell?
I dont want to even sit on it or touch it. The whole room is now festered with the awful smells that I cant stand it and have to stay out of the room.

Perfect and Sturdy.I read a lot of reviews that this futon is too firm; its just not true. If youre looking for a pillowy soft couch to sink into, then its not for you, but otherwise, its a normal amount of firm. (Many nice couches are quite firm.)
