I decided to get this bed because the product description said it is made entirely of REAL WOOD, and it is. I am not sure of the type of wood it is? That said, it is not that light, cheap pine wood junk; it is a sturdy, fairly heavy wood type. Also, it is made in Brazil, and Brazil usually makes quality furniture products. Also, the photos of this product just don't do it any justice at all. It looks waaaay better in real life, and the color of the product matches my wood oak floors very well. Assembly of this is a 2 person job for the quickest time. One person can assemble this, but it would be a hassle to do so. The assembly instruction were good, and the box contained all pieces and was not damaged at all. Speaking of the box, it is super heavy! So, it might be a good idea to spend the extra few bucks for delivery to a specific room in your home, especially if you don't have anyone that can assist you with the box. The bottom line, it is a quality product that will last many years in your home.

I can imagine we will be buying a new bed in just a couple weeks. I wish I wouldve opened it sooner to return but I was waiting to surprise my daughter for her birthday and now Im past the return date. It looks cute from far away but when you look closer you can see that its very cheaply made. Very disappointed.
Would've given it more stars but after putting it altogher, i noticed one of the parts had been damaged/broken and fixed/glued/re-painted. Dont know how it passed your quality inspection.
We ordered two beds. One bed was fine, the other is missing the side panel. We have reached out several times. This is a complete hassle for a paid item. The manufacturer does not seem to have any parts.

Disappointed! The headboard immediately cracked during assembly. It's not when put together yet and it's making me nervous for my son to sleep in it! Waited a few weeks to open the box and missed the return window. Avoid this product!!!!
Bed is not sturdy at ALL. Broke while my 50lbs 5 year old daughter was sleeping. Would not purchase for anyone bigger than a toddler. We ended up buying a sturdy bed frame and are using the headboard. Big waste of money!!
So I recently decided to update my spare room and thought this would be a great bed frame for that...I was correct. I really like the look of it and the ease of assembly was fantastic; other than the hex wrench (which was included with the purchase), the only other tool needed was a Phillip's screwdriver. The ONLY thing is I wish the stickers that are placed on the product would be placed on the INSIDE rather than the outside of the frame (specifically, the foot-board). I had to scrape the stickers off and after spending the $$$ on this ended up scratching the frame somewhat). Overall....I'm extremely satisfied with the purchase however.
