Box came damaged from shipping facility. Contacted Customer service and they did an Amazing job taking care of the situation as fast as hey could. They sent a new piece as soon as I told them which one was damaged. They went above and beyond to get this corrected. The bed is a very beautiful design and extremely easy to assemble. I will be using them again when by boys are ready to upgrade their beds. Thank you for the excellent customer service that this world is lacking these days. Exceeded my expectation on quality
This bedframe is everything! However it is super hard to put together. Would I buy it again? Yes, because its beautifully designed. Easy to assemble! So luxurious!
I loved the look of this bed online but the reviews were so mixed so I was hesitant. Im glad that I did buy it because I really do like the bed. Its perfect for movie nights where you want to prop your pillows up and snuggle. BE WARNED that it is very low to the ground. For me, that doesnt matter but some people may not like that. Overall, it is a sturdy nice bed frame! Great value and well made
Little complicated putting it together but once it was completed I was happy with my purchase its verry sturdy and and dont feel like its was only 250$ awesome buy . Before you buy its very low to the ground Incase thats a deal breaker for you ! ... exactly as it shows in the picture and the best..
