Box came damaged from shipping facility. Contacted Customer service and they did an Amazing job taking care of the situation as fast as hey could. They sent a new piece as soon as I told them which one was damaged. They went above and beyond to get this corrected. The bed is a very beautiful design and extremely easy to assemble. I will be using them again when by boys are ready to upgrade their beds. Thank you for the excellent customer service that this world is lacking these days. Exceeded my expectation on quality
