The delivery was great. They called to schedule delivery, then came on time, and carried the boxes into the bedroom. The assembly took quite awhile because I put it together by myself, except my husband helped raise the top bunk onto the lower bunk, and he helped with the upper guard rails. Are designed with pictures not words, so it is perfect for a right brained person like myself.
The beds are well designed, strong, heavy, and attractive. I could not be happier! I picked the gray color.

Weve had this bed for over a month now, and so far we love it! It was fairly easy to put together, and we love that it is made of solid wood, not cheap MDF or particle board. Weve had several guests stay over, and all have complimented us on the bed. I also bought the mattresses from (pretty inexpensive ones since we needed 3) and its quite comfortable.
Needed a need to temporary accommodate six of us in a small room, until are house was ready. This bed was perfect and provided us with plenty of space and comfort. Would highly recommend.
My toddler kept asking for a big boy bed, and he was quickly outgrowing his toddler bed, so we were looking for something fun that would provide additional sleeping options for cousin sleepovers and non-floor options for Mama or Papa if nightmares were bad. This bed is perfect.
The bed: Arrived in 3 boxes, was a bit cumbersome to put together but anything will be if it has a lot of pieces. My husband and I could follow the directions pretty well. All the pieces were marked but the markings were light, so look closely. The hardware was marked by incorporating little pieces of paper with the coordinating number in each bag--a couple of the bags were a little difficult to determine which piece corresponded with which number, but we were able to figure that out too. The whole unpacking and assembly took approximately 3 hours with 2 adults, plus another 3-4 hours with just 1 adult.
Customer service: When we ordered the bed, there was a bit of a shipping delay. The company proactively messaged me to inform me that the package they were going to send did not meet a QC inspection and it happened to be the last package in stock, so they were going to wait until the next shipment arrived and send me a package from that. That was fine for our schedule so I approved that delay (rather than requesting a refund) and we waited. There were some shipping delays which caused the 3 boxes (mentioned above) to arrive separately, but I kept in touch with customer service to let them know what had arrived and they let me know updates on their end. All in all, they were very responsive and very helpful and I do not hold them responsible for the shipping industry.
I would definitely recommend this bed and this seller. I think we got a great bed for our son and, despite some delays that were out of their control, the buying experience was very good.
Looks very nice, however, the wooden planks at the base of each mattress are very breakable. On the first day, my brother sat on the bed and a plank on the bottom bunk broke. Not too long after that one broke under me as I was kneeling on the top bunk while making the bed. The description says that each bed should hold up to 400 lbs, yet both my brother and I are less than 200 lbs
We bought two of these at once. We like the quality of the product. The guy who delivered the pallet was awesome. I know this has nothing to do with the product but the whole process was great.
