My father and I put this together in approximately 30 minutes, its pretty easy to do, and its very sturdy. I use it for my gaming set up and I love it!
I gave 4 stars for assembly because its best with 2 assembling. Im a little lady but did it, I took it slowly, you tubing what cams and bolts are and how to work with them. Dont have a beer while doing this, the instructions can be intimidating, but all in all, very logical. Its an aming desk with lots of room, shelfs, and a hutch for books, candles , whatever. Its worth the effort.
Desk for childs room. Went together in about an hour, but, alot of pieces. Directions were easy to follow, but have to pay attention which pieces are tunred which way exactly. Cant use any force on anything, it is just pressed fiber board and will break.
Very heavy box.

Just picked it up today , went to in wrap it and notice this piece is cracked . pretty annoying. I havent even put any of it together yet and its falling apart sad face
The desk looks and works great once youve finally assembled it. It takes a while to get all the parts put together. Some of the holes in the walls arent drilled very well so be prepared to finish this yourself. I bought mine a month ago and I havent had a problem with it. My problem is that the Drawer and Hutch dont go all the way in. The rollers where the drawer/hutch slide onto came slightly bent and this wont allow them to go all the way forward. Tried contacting Customer Service but no response. Regardless, the desk itself is sturdy and looks nice once I got it all set up.
For the price, its not a rip off. However, like any tragic comedy, be prepared to laugh, curse and cry over the details. For starters, every screw in the kit is a Phillips (Star for you uncultured swine). Bafflingly, the bean counters decided a chinsy Flat head screwdriver would suffice, it doesnt. Second, some 1st year engineering intern suggested using nylon screw anchors for the cam lock studs. Nice touch except no thought was given as to how these would remain stationary while screwing the cam studs in. Half a turn in and the nylon anchors break loose. Now you have the privilege of jamming the nylon anchor with that worthless flat head they gave you while simultaneously driving the cam stud in. While there are several more atrocities I could list, Ill leave off with this. If you are capable of assembling this desk, you likely have some scarred knuckles and this isnt your first rodeo. If this is your first foray into assembling cheap furniture, good luck and dont give up.
