I ordered two of these for my Office/Spare Bedroom.They came quickly and in perfect condition! There is NO assembly required! Just take it out of the box, and decide if you want an ottoman, chair, or bed, and then make the adjustments accordingly! There is a handy sheet to show how to position! I have a chair, and ottoman set up currently, but can easily make them both into twin beds that can be put together to create almost a King sized bed if needed! Whoever invented this is a genius!!! I have not slept on itit feels very firm.I may need a mattress topper if my guests say it needs one. However, I highly recommend this!!!!!
Unit arrived early. Unpacking easy / lots of plastic and cardboard for protection. We assembled it in all the forms / ottoman, chair and bed. Exactly what we needed. It will be rare that we use it as a bed, but if so, we have some extra blankets and a topper if guest wants it softer (we like it firm). We may eventually move it elsewhere but for now, its in our guest bedroom. Color is fine, boring, but fits in the room well. I liked the price and so far, we think it was a good move to purchase.

The workmanship of this sofa bed is very good. The is very good and the sponge filling is just right to sit or lie down. It is very comfortable. It can also be used as a single bed. This sofa is very practical and I like it very much.

It takes up very little space, easy to move around, very stable and well made, sturdy and firm, is made with durable materials, metal base, and comes fully assembled. The sofa bed is adjustable(5 levels of backrest) and provides very good support. It is very stylish with a fantastic folding design.
We are surprised and impressed by the quality and sturdiness of this product and can highly recommend this great product. This brand will definitely be at the top of my list when I shop for furniture again.
I received one defective and one damaged in the shipping package. The seller wanted me to pay additional shipping charges to return something defective that they had already charged shipping on. I would encourage you to shop for any 4 in 1 other than this one. The is flimsy as best but the gears to change the position of the furniture got stuck on the very first day and they are still stuck. A second one was purchased and delivered with the box torn and the content was damp. The protective cover over the chair in side the box was ripped. Buyer Beware. The customer Service E/mail helped me to make some adjustment and clean up some problems. The return policy is not acceptable so beware My issues were finally resolved.
We recently purchased this item and we are very happy with it. Seems to be sturdy and well built. The cushioning is a little firm, but I assume it will soften up with use.

Dual purpose piece
