Its Very Good
This was purchased for my granddaughters to sleep in when they are with me. A friend put it together for me a friend who is also a contractor so has lots of experience. It took him less than 90 minutes. Its very well made. Its sturdy. Its pretty. The girls love being in it. Im very glad I purchased it.
Decent
I would have given it a 5 star but the head boards were damaged I would have returned it if it was very damaged but it was minor
Nice butneeds better mattress support
Lovely little bed for children however, the mattress supports are insufficient at 9 apart. Every mattress store we visited or bed in a box we looked at required 3. Safety standards recommend 3 as well as a maximum distance between boards. Disappointing that a product such as this would not provide slats that meet this ideal.
Very sturdy bed.
Very strudy
Excellent bed / sturdy, easy to assemble, decent finish
Bed is good value for money and can support an adult. Sturdy and easy to assemble, it looks good as well. Only drawback is that some of the slats havent been properly finished and also they need to be nailed in. But since these go under, overall a good buy
Simple, very strong.
I would buy it again, very strong. Great easy installation and good instructions.
Great beds for kids!
I was looking for something simple and black. Hard to find separate beds that look like these so I went with the bunk beds and separated. They a great! Kids love them as well. The screws were a bit tuff to get in, in some areas of the headboard but nothing I couldnt handle on my own.
Youll need to replace the wood panels that support the mattress
Its great for my kids and they love it, but the wood planks that support the mattresses have been a problem and a pain. Half of them werent long enough and several of them snapped when my two year old (23 pounds) laid on it for the first time (top and bottom). We had to replace them for ones at Home Depot but since then its been great.
Great with some tweaks
The screws supplied for the two little vertical bars that tie together the middle of the safety rails on the top bunk are too short. I had to buy 8 x 1/1/2 inch screws to properly fasten those two parts. See picture. The Allen/hex key that comes with the kit is rubbish and started to strip out some of the screw heads. Fortunately I had a proper 3mm one that saved the day. The wood had one saw mark and some other dings and scratches. I was mostly able to hide these imperfections by making those pieces face the wall. I recommend the plain unstained/natural look because these imperfections are less noticeable.
Love by both sleepers
For grandkids to sleep on
